Turn on the machine using the power button. In some cases Elettra will power on automatically as soon as it is connected to power.

Before you continue, make sure Elettra is connected to the Internet.

For Wi‑Fi, click the icon at the top right and choose your network

Choose a name such as <HOSTNAME>.elettra.ai. Elettra will prepare the address for you and keep it updated if your network changes.
Pick a name that is easy to remember
Use that address from your other devices
You can use it on your home or office network

Troubleshooting
If something does not work
No network connection
Possible cause
The cable is unplugged or the network is not giving an address
Solution
Check the network cable and make sure Internet is available.
AI services keep restarting
Possible cause
Elettra is still loading the models
Solution
Wait up to 20 minutes and check again.
The chosen address does not open
Possible cause
The new address is not ready yet
Solution
Wait a few minutes and try again.
The platform does not open from outside your network
Possible cause
Your router or firewall is not allowing it yet
Solution
If you need outside access, ask for port 443 to be opened toward the machine.
The license key is not accepted
Possible cause
The key was copied with missing characters, extra spaces, or wrong uppercase/lowercase letters
Solution
Paste it again exactly as received.
